"Gerta"

Gerta here is the newest member of our family.
I've been having fun playing around with the backgrounds,
incorporating some whimsical scenes.
I see the background as a playground in need of exploration.
Gerta is acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas.
24" X 24".

  1. Love her! You really are developing such a distinctive style with these cow paintings, Ross.

    1. Thank you Kathryn! I do feel they are going in a good direction. I keep getting ideas for them so i suppose they will keep coming then. I do want to try doing some of my villages with acrylics. For some reason or other i felt they would not be possible. Strange. Acrylics are still a bit foreign to me but i can see the possibilities and pick up my watercolours less and less. Hope you are doing well Kathryn. Thanks for stopping by.
